After a wild night at the cat bar

This is a common sight in the morning at our house.

I think he likes this spot because the floor is heated, but whenever I turn on the light and find him laying there, I can't help but miss my college roommate.

Nice looking feline! Plucky.

That is funny! The technicolor yawn. I remember it, sadly.

Well I've missed quite a bit in the few days I couldn't get here. Usually I can't get to your blog at work - it always shows the blog of PA'a panty recidivism. But here I am today!
I'm surprised someone hasn't stepped on said cat during a nightime bathroom run. My middle of the night forays to the bathroom are so routine that I don't even open my eyes anymore - that might wake me completely!
Hope you get a thaw soon so you can find your glasses!
Peace

Heeeeeeeey... were we roommates in college? 'Cause I totally don't remember you... but I don't remember a lot about college, so it's possible.

I didn't even notice the cat. I was too busy thinking: "Does she cover her toilet seat with a fuzzy knitted goldfish with big red lips? " and then... "And is that a purple bathmat or aubergine" and then... "I wish Jane! would do a house tour" and then... "Where did I put those red panties again" and then... I noticed the cat.

CHERRY SLURPEE, hungover Kitteh. That's the magic cure. I know from many mornings waking up in that very spot. Albeit less well decorated...or sanitary.

O yeah, he's been hitting your liquor cabinet. Better keep an eye on that one.

Or maybe he's plotting his attack on the toilet seat cover??

That made me laugh. I recall a few times I was the cat in college too.

That is funny.
When we find our younger cat lying on the bathroom rug, we panic. Seems she has a fondness for pooping in bathtubs. Yes, we are all crazy around here.

My cat is not allowed in the water closet. He thinks it is a big water dish. And THAT reminds me of a room mate that I once had.

LOL!! Nice spin on the poor defenseless kitty laying there so cute!

And ... um ... nice toilet cover ;)

Oh and as for the 'unmentionables' good thing I have lots and lots of pairs to get me through just such an emergency!

Oh indeed, I remember (vaguely) supplicating myself (and genuflecting) at the throne of the porceline god far too many times during my short stint away at college. Thank God I'm too mature and grown up for that behavior now (shhhhhh, we're pretending the sister's night out a few weeks back didn't happen and that I DID not get that drunk. WHAT??? Didn't I blog about that. Oh dear, if I didn't, I certainly need to) that I'm back in college.

Funny. My cat also likes the bathroom rugs. Everytime I walk into the bathroom I have to straighten both rugs. He tunnels under them and folds them over when he is done.

You're so fancy with the bathmat. My country ass just throws a towel down...*sigh*

I, too, worshipped at the porcelain altar after too much communion during college. Bleah...
